We started out simply making fresh pasta in-house for our restaurants, and somehow it has turned into a full on pizza and pasta company.
Il Supremo is a three part operation:
1. A wholesale pasta production line that makes and distributes fresh pasta to restaurants and retailers along the gulf coast
2. A pizza and pasta “pop-up” shop that operates four days a week in Old Metairie and
3. A catering company that provides lunches, dinners and special event catering across southeast Louisiana.
