Hufft Marchand Hospitality was founded by Nick Hufft and Lon Marchand in 2020 to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing group of restaurants. Our Louisiana-based team works hard to connect our guests to memorable experiences — from lively dinners with friends, to easy take-out for the family, to community events, to private catering — Hufft Marchand Hospitality is committed to making each of those experiences special.
